In the capital city of Astana, the Eurasia Holding Group has reached a cooperation agreement with the government. With government support, it has obtained development rights for 45 hectares of land and plans to create a new city landmark, the “Eurasia star” project, in the city center. The project is planned to cover over 700,000 square meters, centered around the “Eurasia star” supertall building, and will integrate commercial, office, high-end residential, five-star hotel, and international convention center functions into a modern central business district. It aims to become a financial hub in Central Asia, a regional headquarters base for multinational corporations, and a flagship project of the “Belt and Road” Initiative.
